A public safety campaign against human trafficking


Executive Summary:
No one should live with the danger of being abducted into human trafficking but it happens everyday in San Diego, where children as young as 12 years old are recruited into forced sexual labor.

According to the State of California Dept. of Justice, Human trafficking is the 2nd biggest money maker behind drug trafficking & is the fastest growing criminal enterprise worldwide. In San Diego alone, human trafficking generates $810 million per year as gangs prey upon vulnerable & at-risk people.

As organizations confront this issue they need help raising awareness and providing educational material to the community.

Your sponsorship allows us to produce graphic posters & illustrated educational media for these organizations so they can improve community education about human trafficking prevention.



Purpose:
The purpose of the NO SLAVERY: FREE & SAFE CALIFORNIA campaign is to provide graphic posters & illustrated media to organizations that are fighting human trafficking & to help raise awareness by reaching out to local businesses & community associations. The campaign will:

• Produce graphic posters & illustrated digital guides about prevention & assistance
• Distribute posters & guides to non profits, businesses, & community associations
• Post digital media to ASL social media sites

Our illustrated media makes information easy to read & to put into action. Posters & guides are formatted for mobile screens & social media so they're easy to access & to share.
